Freshly made all-cheese burger with triple cheese

All-Cheese Burger

The hamburger is one of the world's most popular fast foods, existing in many variations, but the cheese burger is one of the most beloved. This version is special because it contains three different types of cheese: cheddar for rich flavor, mozzarella for meltiness, and Parmesan for an intense character. The hamburger's origins date back to 1800s Germany, but it became truly famous in America. The 'All-Cheese' burger is the perfect choice for those who love the combination of juicy meat and melted cheese in a toasted bun. The homemade version is guaranteed to be tastier and fresher than the versions available in fast food restaurants.

    Preparation Steps

    1

Combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper, then form into 4 equal-sized patties.

    2

Grate the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, then mix them together in a bowl. Keep the Parmesan separate for sprinkling.

    3

In a hot skillet or on a grill, cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip.

    4

After flipping, pile a generous amount of the cheddar-mozzarella mixture on top of each patty, then cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt.

    5

Cut the hamburger buns in half, then butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.

    6

Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, then top with the cheesy beef patty.

    7

Slice the tomato and red onion, then place them on top of the patty.

    8

Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the top half of the bun, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before closing the burger.

    9

Serve immediately, complemented with freshly fried potatoes or a side salad.
