Almond and Honey Paleo Scones served

Almond and Honey Paleo Scones

For those following a paleo diet, there's a delicious and healthy alternative to the classic scone. This almond and honey version is completely gluten-free and made with natural sweeteners. Almond flour provides a rich flavor and tender texture, while honey adds natural sweetness to the pastry. TIP: If you want an extra crispy top, you can brush a little honey on it before baking. The sliced almonds will provide an even richer flavor as they toast. These paleo scones are a perfect choice for breakfast or an afternoon tea with a mug of almond milk.
