300 g All-Purpose Flour
4 Egg Yolks
100 ml Sour Cream
20 g Granulated Sugar
1 pinch Salt
500 ml Vegetable Oil (for frying)
50 g Powdered Sugar (for serving)
150 g Jam (for serving)

    Preparation Steps

    In a large bowl, combine the flour, egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, and salt. Knead until you have a smooth dough.

    Roll out the dough to about 2-3 mm thickness. Cut into diamond shapes. Make a small incision in the center of each diamond, then pull one corner through the slit to create a twisted shape.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat.

    Fry the angel wings in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
