Carve the cake into your desired animal shape (e.g., cat, bear, or bunny), and frost it with the whipped cream.
Cover the cake with fondant and smooth it out. Use different colors to create the animal's details (e.g., eyes, ears, nose).
Decorate the cake with chocolate shavings and other fondant elements to make it even more lifelike.
Refrigerate the cake for at least one hour to allow the decorations to set, then slice and serve.
