In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs until light and fluffy, then add the milk and melted butter.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until you have a smooth batter.
Pour half of the batter into the cake pan, then arrange half of the apple slices on top. Repeat the layering.
Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
