Bring the water to a boil, then add the black tea. Let it steep for 5 minutes to allow the tea to infuse.
While the tea is steeping, thoroughly wash the apple and orange, then slice them into thin rounds.
Add the cinnamon stick and cloves to the tea, and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Strain the tea to remove the spices and tea leaves.
Add the sliced apple and orange to the tea, then stir in the honey. Mix well until the honey is dissolved.
Serve the tea hot, garnishing each glass with a slice of orange and apple.
