Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Melt the butter, then stir in the grated apple and mashed bananas.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the Bundt cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with thin apple slices or banana slices.
