Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a Bundt cake pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar.
Melt the butter and cream it together with the granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the milk. Mix well.
Add the grated apple to the butter-egg mixture, then gradually incorporate the dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt cake pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the Bundt cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
