Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Melt the butter and stir in the honey. Add this mixture to the egg mixture.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, then gently fold in the grated apple.
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the Bundt cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with apple slices and a drizzle of honey.
