Thoroughly wash the lemon, then slice it into thin rounds.
Pour the apple cider into a medium-sized saucepan and heat over medium heat.
Add the lemon slices, cinnamon stick, and cloves to the saucepan.
Stir in the apple jam, making sure it dissolves completely into the cider.
Gently heat the mixture, being careful not to boil it, allowing the flavors to meld together. This should take about 15 minutes.
Add the honey and stir until it's fully dissolved.
Strain the cider to remove the spices and lemon slices.
Serve warm in heat-resistant glasses, garnished with a lemon slice and a cinnamon stick.
