Thoroughly wash the fresh parsley and cilantro, then finely chop them.
Peel and mince or crush the garlic into a paste.
In a bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix well to allow the flavors to meld.
