7 g Dry yeast
300 ml Lukewarm water
30 ml Olive oil
10 g Salt
5 g Sugar
1 Ripe avocado
150 g Mozzarella cheese
100 g Cheddar cheese
100 ml Tomato sauce
1 pinch Black pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
1 Egg
10 ml Fresh lime juice

    In a large bowl, sift the flour, then add the dry yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

    Pour in the lukewarm water and olive oil. Knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and mash with a fork. Stir in the fresh lime juice to prevent browning.

    Divide the risen dough into two equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a circle.

    Spread tomato sauce over half of each dough circle. Top with avocado mixture, shredded mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
