Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
Add the crushed garlic and rosemary sprigs to the skillet, and continue cooking the chicken breasts, allowing the flavors of the herbs and garlic to infuse the dish.
