Trim the turkey breast and slice it into thinner pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lay a slice of bacon on each turkey slice, then tightly roll it up to create a small roll.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon-wrapped turkey rolls until golden brown on all sides.
Once all sides are browned, transfer the rolls to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
Let the cooked rolls cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve with a salad or side dish.
