200 ml Heavy Cream
200 ml Milk
50 g Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
3 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
1 packet Vanilla Sugar

    Prepare all ingredients. Pour the milk and heavy cream into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Do not boil, just warm it up.

    In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add the lukewarm milk and cream mixture, then pour it back into the saucepan, stirring constantly.

    Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes, until it thickens slightly. Be careful not to let it boil.

    Pour the Baileys Irish Cream liqueur into the egg mixture and stir thoroughly to combine the flavors.
