Thoroughly wash the chicken wings and pat them dry. Season with salt and pepper, then rub with smoked paprika and minced garlic.
In a large bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, hot chili sauce, and brown sugar. Add the olive oil and mix well to ensure the wings are evenly coated.
Toss the chicken wings in the spicy BBQ sauce, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.
During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the wings again with the remaining BBQ sauce and bake until the sauce caramelizes.
Serve the hot chicken wings with fresh vegetables, coleslaw, or french fries. You can also offer extra BBQ sauce on the side.
