In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange juice, pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), grated garlic, and ginger, along with chili flakes if desired.
Place the tofu cubes in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to absorb.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the tofu cubes for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Pour in the remaining marinade and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and cling to the tofu cubes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro or parsley, then serve with rice or fresh vegetables.
