In a large bowl, add the flour and create a well in the center. Add the baking soda, salt, and sugar, then mix together.
Pour in the olive oil and warm water, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
Do not over-knead the dough; mix only until it comes together.
Roll the dough out to a thickness of about 1 inch (2-3 cm), then place it in a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
Gently press the dough to create small indentations, then drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown and crispy.
After baking, let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
