Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a bundt pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar.
In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the butter mixture.
Alternately add the dry ingredients and the milk to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar before serving.
