Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, and honey until light and fluffy.
Add the vegetable oil and mashed bananas, then stir until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, gently mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Fill the muffin liners about three-quarters full with batter.
Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Before serving, drizzle the muffins with honey and garnish with banana slices.
