Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the melted butter to the egg mixture, then gradually mix in the dry ingredients. Finally, fold in the mashed bananas.
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the Bundt cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with thin lemon slices.
