In a medium saucepan, gently warm the apple cider over low heat.
Add the brown sugar, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Stir to combine and let the flavors meld for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the banana and mango purees, mixing well until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and let the drink heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
Strain the cider to remove the spices, then divide it among glasses.
Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and, if desired, a few banana slices and mango chunks.
