Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
Add the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
Melt the butter and stir it into the banana mixture. Then, add the milk and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, ground walnuts, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the Bundt cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
