Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the barbecue sauce.
Arrange the thinly sliced grilled chicken breast and sliced red onion on top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
After baking, sprinkle the pizza with chopped fresh cilantro. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
