In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, and cinnamon.
Cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, or until the blueberries soften and the sauce thickens.
Use an immersion blender to puree the sauce until smooth.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add more water for desired consistency.
Let cool slightly, then serve with roasted meats, grilled vegetables, or french fries.
