Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the cauliflower, break it into small florets, and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, Hungarian sweet paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a thick batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, and then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the cauliflower florets for 20 minutes, or until they are slightly tender and golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and BBQ sauce. Brush the baked cauliflower florets with the BBQ sauce mixture.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, allowing the BBQ sauce to caramelize.
Serve the BBQ cauliflower wings fresh, with your favorite dipping sauce.
