Peel and dice the mango, then place it in a medium saucepan.
Add the BBQ sauce, chili flakes, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and grated ginger.
Cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, or until the mango is softened and the sauce has thickened.
Use an immersion blender to puree the sauce until smooth.
Season with salt and black pepper. If needed, add more water to reach the desired consistency.
Let it cool slightly, then serve with grilled meats, grilled vegetables, or french fries.
