In a medium saucepan, combine the BBQ sauce, coconut milk, and curry powder.
Add the honey, grated ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly and the flavors have melded.
If needed, add water to reach the desired consistency, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving with grilled meats, vegetables, or french fries.
