Wash the bell peppers, then cut them into strips lengthwise, removing the seeds and core.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss the bell pepper strips in the spiced mixture to coat them evenly.
Preheat the grill to medium heat, or use a grill pan.
Place the bell peppers on the grill rack and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until slightly softened and nicely charred.
Cut the feta into small cubes or crumble it over the grilled bell peppers.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and drizzle with a little extra BBQ sauce for an even more intense flavor.
Serve warm or at room temperature, as a side dish or light main course.
