400 g Black Beans (canned or cooked)
100 ml BBQ Sauce
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
150 g Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Tomato
1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
