Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
Add the black beans, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, dice the tomato into small cubes.
Fill the tortilla wraps with the black bean mixture, then sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and diced tomato.
Fold the tortillas in half and gently press down.
Preheat the grill to medium heat, then place the filled tortillas on the grill.
Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and enjoy while hot.
