Using a brush, coat the broccoli florets with the marinade, ensuring they are well covered. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill grate, lightly oil it to prevent the broccoli from sticking.
Place the broccoli on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until slightly charred but still crisp-tender.
During the last minute of grilling, brush the broccoli with BBQ sauce and cook for another minute to allow the sauce to caramelize slightly.
Remove the broccoli from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm as a side dish or as a standalone dish.
