Wash the cabbage, then cut it into thick slices (about 2-3 cm thick) so that they stay intact during grilling.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Using a brush, coat both sides of the cabbage slices with the spiced mixture.
Preheat the grill to medium heat, or use a grill pan.
Place the cabbage slices on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and slightly caramelized.
Carefully flip them over with a spatula, and cook for another 5-7 minutes on the other side.
Before serving, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and drizzle with a little extra BBQ sauce.
Serve fresh alongside grilled meats, vegetables, or even vegan dishes.
