Wash the plums, halve them, and remove the pits.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, smoked salt, and lemon juice.
Preheat the grill to medium heat, then spread the sweet and spicy mixture over the cut sides of the plums.
Place the plums cut-side down on the grill grates and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until slightly caramelized.
Flip the plums and brush them with a little BBQ sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize slightly.
Remove from the grill and place on a plate. Top each serving with a small pat of butter and a sprig of rosemary.
Before serving, drizzle with a little honey. Serve on its own, with ice cream, or with Greek yogurt.
