Wash and peel the carrots, then halve them lengthwise if they are large.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, BBQ sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Using a brush, coat the carrots with the spiced honey BBQ mixture.
Preheat your grill to medium heat, or use a grill pan.
Place the carrots on the grill rack and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and lightly caramelized.
Before serving, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and drizzle with a little extra honey BBQ sauce.
Serve fresh with grilled meats, vegetables, or as a standalone dish with a light salad.
