Using a brush, coat the cauliflower slices or florets with the marinade, ensuring they are well covered. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill with grates, lightly oil them to prevent the cauliflower from sticking.
Place the cauliflower on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and slightly tender but still crisp.
During the last minute of grilling, brush the cauliflower with BBQ sauce, then cook for another minute to allow the sauce to slightly caramelize.
Remove the cauliflower from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm as a side dish or a main course.
