Coat the cheese slices with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium heat, and lightly brush with olive oil to prevent the cheese from sticking.
Place the cheese slices on the hot grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown grill marks appear.
Serve with fresh rosemary and extra BBQ sauce. Excellent with grilled vegetables or fresh salads.
