Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut into thick slices.
In a small bowl, combine the honey, BBQ sauce, chili flakes, cinnamon, lime juice, olive oil, and salt.
Using a brush, coat both sides of the pineapple slices with the spiced mixture.
Preheat the grill to medium heat, or use a grill pan.
Place the pineapple slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly caramelized and grill marks appear.
Once the pineapple is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it cool slightly.
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh chopped mint and serve warm or at room temperature.
