Brush the cut sides of the plums with the prepared spiced glaze.
Preheat the grill to medium heat, then place the plums cut-side down on the grill grates.
Grill the plums for 3-5 minutes, until slightly caramelized and softened.
Flip the plums over and brush with a little balsamic vinegar to enhance the sweet and smoky flavors.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh rosemary before serving.
Serve hot as a side dish with meat dishes, with cheeses, or even as a standalone dessert.
