120 ml BBQ sauce
5 g Garlic powder
5 g Smoked paprika
10 g Brown sugar
40 ml Honey
30 ml Lemon juice
5 g Freshly ground black pepper
10 g Coarse salt
10 g Fresh parsley (chopped)

    Rinse the cod fillets thoroughly under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels.

    In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Generously coat the cod fillets with the BBQ marinade and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, then place the fish directly onto the grill grates.
