Halve the jalapeno peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds using a spoon.
In a bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, grated vegan cheese, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Fill the jalapeno pepper cavities with the cheese mixture.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
Place the filled peppers on the grill, cut-side up, and grill for 6-8 minutes, or until the peppers are slightly softened and the filling is lightly browned.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or as a standalone snack.
