Meanwhile, chop the walnuts and toast them in a dry skillet for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Before serving, sprinkle the grilled potatoes with toasted walnuts and freshly chopped parsley.
Drizzle with a little extra BBQ sauce and serve hot.
