Gently prick the soy sausages with a fork to help the marinade absorb better.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce.
Place the soy sausages in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If necessary, grease the grill grates lightly with oil to prevent the sausages from sticking.
Place the soy sausages on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly charred and heated through.
During the last minute of grilling, brush the sausages with the remaining 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce, then cook for an additional minute to allow them to caramelize slightly.
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for extra freshness.
Serve in fresh buns with mustard, ketchup, pickles, or enjoy on their own with a light salad.
