Using a brush, coat the corn cobs with the spicy BBQ mixture.
Place the corn on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and slightly caramelized.
While the corn is grilling, finely chop the red onion, garlic, bell pepper, and fresh cilantro.
Once the corn is cooked, let it cool slightly, then cut the kernels off the cob with a sharp knife.
In a large bowl, combine the grilled corn kernels, chopped red onion, bell pepper, garlic, and cilantro.
Drizzle with lime juice and mix thoroughly to combine the flavors.
Before serving, drizzle with a little more BBQ sauce and enjoy fresh.
