    Preparation Steps

    1

Thoroughly wash the potatoes, then pierce them a few times with a fork.

    2

Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

    3

Preheat the grill to medium heat, then place the potatoes directly on the grate and cook for 40-50 minutes, or until they are completely tender.

    4

Meanwhile, cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.

    5

Once the potatoes are cooked, cut a slit in the top of each and gently open them up to create a small cavity.

    6

Use a fork to fluff the inside of the potatoes, then mix with a little BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

    7

Fill the potatoes with grated cheddar cheese, the cooked bacon pieces, and a little extra BBQ sauce.

    8

Return to the grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.

    9

Before serving, drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
