Thoroughly wash the potatoes, then pierce them a few times with a fork.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Preheat the grill to medium heat, then place the potatoes directly on the grate and cook for 40-50 minutes, or until they are completely tender.
Meanwhile, cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
Once the potatoes are cooked, cut a slit in the top of each and gently open them up to create a small cavity.
Use a fork to fluff the inside of the potatoes, then mix with a little BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Fill the potatoes with grated cheddar cheese, the cooked bacon pieces, and a little extra BBQ sauce.
Return to the grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Before serving, drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
