Add the chopped habanero pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have melded.
If needed, add water to reach the desired consistency, then cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Let cool slightly, then serve with roasted meats, grilled vegetables, or French fries.
