Add the grated cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted.
Stir in the BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped jalapeno pepper.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce is completely smooth and heated through.
Serve with French fries, nachos, or grilled meats.
