200 ml Barbecue Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Hungarian Sweet Paprika
Pinch Ground Black Pepper

2 tbsp Sunflower Oil

    Wash and pat the ribs dry. In a bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, Hungarian sweet paprika, and brown sugar. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs. Let them rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
