Clean the pork ribs, then rub them with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and brown sugar.
Mix the BBQ sauce with the crushed garlic cloves, then spread it over the ribs.
Place the ribs in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C) and bake the ribs for 2 hours, basting occasionally with their own juices.
While the meat is baking, wash the potatoes, cut them into wedges, then toss with olive oil, rosemary, cayenne pepper, and Hungarian Sweet Paprika.
Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 392°F (200°C) for 30 minutes, or until crispy.
In the last 15 minutes, remove the foil from the ribs and increase the oven temperature to 392°F (200°C) to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with the spicy roasted potatoes.
