In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, BBQ seasoning blend, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss the potato pieces in the seasoned oil, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, or until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Flip the pieces halfway through.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drizzle with BBQ sauce and gently toss to coat evenly.
Before serving, sprinkle with freshly chopped green onions and enjoy immediately!
