Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Place the sausages on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush them with barbecue sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to slightly caramelize.
Once the sausages are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with a fresh salad, roasted potatoes, or crusty bread.
